Profits in the sector balance between growing top line and increasing costs. While the sector continues to experience growth on the back of the rapid development of e-commerce and the position of Greece as a transport and transit centre, increasing fuel costs and competition suppress margins. Greek transportation & logistics companies are expanding their warehousing capacity amid increasing demand. At the same time, the focus turns on cost management. Valuations in the sector have witnessed an increase over the past quarter while M&A activity has picked up compared to Q3 2022.
