Alma Advisors is an independent M&A and corporate finance advisory firm focused on the European mid-market. We advise corporates, family businesses, entrepreneurs and investors on complex strategic and financial transactions. As the exclusive IMAP partner in Greece and Cyprus, we combine entrepreneurial, partner-led advice with the reach of a global network of independent advisory firms, delivering local insight and international execution for domestic and cross-border mandates. We serve our clients from our offices in Athens and Limassol.
We help entrepreneurs, family businesses and corporates access growth capital, manage capital structure challenges, find liquidity solutions, enter new markets and verticals, and realise returns through sale of shares, projects and businesses. We also offer credit advisory services to investors.
The European mid-market is where entrepreneurship, innovation and long-term value creation converge. It is home to ambitious founders, family-owned businesses and management teams that drive economic growth and shape industries across the region.
At Alma Advisors, we are dedicated to supporting these businesses through their most important strategic decisions. Whether pursuing growth, raising capital, executing acquisitions or planning an exit, our role is to provide independent advice, thoughtful judgement and disciplined execution.
We believe that successful transactions are built on trust, preparation and alignment of interests. For this reason, we work closely with our clients, combining analytical rigour with a pragmatic understanding of the opportunities and challenges they face.
Our culture is entrepreneurial, collaborative and partner-led. We are committed to delivering objective advice, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and creating long-term relationships that extend beyond a single transaction.
We are an independent corporate finance and investment advisory firm serving the entrepreneurial European mid-market. Our team draws experience from mandates across industries and geographies, offering deep sector expertise and execution capabilities to clients looking to engage in a wide range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
