Alma Advisors is proud to have served as the exclusive financial advisor to Moving Doors in its €1.5m financing round, comprising €300k in debt and €1.2m in equity. Alma Advisors facilitated the entire transaction, from the preparation of investor material to the term-sheet negotiations and the follow-up of the signing process.
