Alma Advisors advises Diorama II’s on its 40% acquisition of Dotsoft S.A.

Alma Advisors has acted as financial advisor on Diorama II’s acquisition of 40% stake in Dotsoft S.A.

Dotsoft S.A. is a dynamically growing IT company with a strong presence in both the Greek and international markets and proven experience in implementing complex technology projects. The company is listed on the Alternative Market of the Athens Stock Exchange. With more than 20 years of continuous and successful track record, the company develops and offers specialised smart city solutions, software development services, and digital transformation services.

Deca Investments is the exclusive investment manager of Diorama Investments SICAR S.A. (“Diorama I”) and Diorama Investments II RAIF S.C.A (“Diorama II”). Diorama II invests primarily in Greek SMEs participating in sectors with attractive fundamentals, good management teams and strong growth potential. This investment was concluded out of Diorama II’s €213m fund.

Alma Advisors facilitated the transaction from origination to completion, ensuring the efficient realization of its client’s strategic objectives.
